By accessing, designing, or hosting dynamic forms through FormNest (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind such entity.
FormNest is a dynamic form builder SaaS. By authenticating your Google Drive account, you authorize FormNest to programmatically create, manage, and sync form responses directly to your Google Sheets and upload files to your Google Drive submissions folder.
You acknowledge that FormNest operates on a Zero-Data-Retention pipeline. Once response rows are synced to your Google Sheets and Drive assets, FormNest maintains absolutely no archive or backup of this data. FormNest is not responsible for any subsequent data loss occurring within your Google Account.
You agree not to use FormNest to collect, request, or sync:
Violation of these terms will lead to immediate account termination and API token revocation.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FormNest makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the continuous availability of the Google API connection, sync latencies, or database uptime. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Service is with you.
In no event shall FormNest, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, sync failures, or unauthorized third-party access to your Google Account.
These Terms shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. FormNest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by updating this layout.
